President of the Republic Luis Guillermo Solís swore master Mario Rafael Durán Fernández as the new deputy minister of Reforms and Projects of the MOPT.
Durán is 29 years old, he is a political scientist and holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy with emphasis in Project Management of International Cooperation and a master’s degree in Micro Finance and Social Development.
Promoting a series of legal reforms required to accelerate processes, both in the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and its Councils, as well as new changes to the Law on Expropriations are some of the new leader’s challenges.
