Three Costa Ricans are considered a threat to United States security

At least three Costa Ricans were captured by the United States authorities, after a massive raid in which foreigners considered a threat to the security of that country were arrested.

The proceedings conducted by the Office of Immigration and Customs (ICE) left the balance of 121 foreigners arrested in the New Jersey area.

ICE authorities say the suspects are linked to warrants and crimes such as driving while intoxicated, convictions for assault and sexual abuse of minors, drugs, fraud, domestic violence, weapons, assault, theft, forgery and illegal re-entry.

This operation focuses on the arrest of people convicted of serious crimes and are a threat to public safety. Due to the targeted efforts of these professional and dedicated officers, there are 123 fewer offenders in our communities,”

said John Tsoukaris, Director of the ICE Execution Section.

The criminals will now face deportation proceedings before an immigration judge to determine the expulsion from the United States. These are their nationalities:
