Turrialba Volcano’s activity remains constant within the normal conditions of recent months.
Between noon and 2 p.m. on Monday, the Volcanological and Seismological Observatory (OVSICORI) reported the eruption of ash and winds carrying sediments to the south of the crater, and some nearby destinations in Turrialba.
This can be seen in the video posted on their Facebook page.
We can see fumaroles on the left outer walls of the crater, as well as others in the inner walls of the active crater, which have already been frequently observed,”
reported the researchers reported.
Turrialba Volcano is being constantly monitored.
