The Press Office of the Ministry of Public Security (MSP) confirmed the arrest of two of its officers.
The men, named as Calderón and Venegas, have been part of the institution since the years 2011 and 2007, respectively. They appear as suspects of a robbery.
The arrest came after the complaint from woman in the Delegation of La Aurora de Alajuelita, stating that she allegedly had been the victim of the robbery committed by the officers.
At the moment the details are unknown.
