A company that has provided cleaning services for more than a decade was recognized at the headquarters of the United Nations (UN) for its employment policies for people with disabilities.
SCOSA, part of the Florex Group, has been offering workspaces for this population for over 10 years.
These people are not only attentive, helpful and generous. They are an exceptional and cheerful staff. That is the best reward we have as a company,
said Carlos Araya, President of the group.
In addition to its own policies, the group is part of the “Mi primer empleo” and “Empléate” government programs.
The recognition was given during the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
The Costa Rican company was the only Central American company recognized.
