Only 1 percent of private workers are employed as subcontracted, according to the 2015 companies national survey.
There are 433,000 workers with contracts for an indefinite time, which represent 96 percent of the workforce. The remaining 3 percent have fixed-term contracts.
Most positions offered in the form of subcontracts are jobs in private security, cleaning, systems consultants, technical support, recording studio operators, accountants, communication and image consultants.
Companies offering “other services” are the ones with more outsourced employees, who fill positions in the areas of information and communication, financial and insurance services, and real estate.
1,040 companies were consulted throughout the country for the survey. The study is done on a quarterly basis.
