On October 22nd and October 23rd, Viva Cafe Festival will be take place at the National Stadium in La Sabana. This festival will focus on young people.
The activity is organized by the Chamber of Coffee Roasters and the Costa Rican Coffee Association and it wants to promote a creative party for coffee lovers.
More than 60 stands will offer a great variety of coffee and special equipment for its preparation, as well as lots of information and advice for those who are fascinated by this product.
In addition, the National Barista and tasting Championships 2017 will be carried out in Viva Café Festival. Barista champion will represent Costa Rica at the Barista World Championship, which will take place in South Korea in November, 2017. Moreover, the winner of the National Tasting Championship will represent Costa Rica in Hungary in June, 2017.
Furthermore, Ideas in Espresso will take place: it is an activity that aims to tell stories about entrepreneurship and Costa Rican business young people who developed their productive projects around the national coffee.
