Water service suspension will affect 10 thousand people in Moravia

The residents of different communities of Moravian will not have drinking water service on February 12th, between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.

According to the notice of the Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AYA), the suspension of the service is due to cleaning works on Plant 1, located in Los Sitios de Moravia.

The areas that will be affected are: La Trinidad, André Chale, Alto Trinidad, Ciprés, Colonia Guayabal, Moral, Níspero, Ruano, Alemania Unida, Urb El Paseo, La Fabiola, San Vicente Alondra, Santo Tomás, Alta Moravia, América, Santo Tomás, Romedal, and surroundings.

The authorities recommended to take appropriate measures and store water for basic needs only.
