Erick Sossa, from Microsoft Office BG Lead Division, explained that this is a new lifestyle that contributes to more productive workers, thanks to productivity tools that allow mobility and to go against the “dictatorship” of a work shift.
According to Sossa, this trend is the result of teleworking, which offers workers the possibility of doing their jobs from home, but in the case of digital nomads, it allows to perform tasks from anywhere.
This provides greater satisfaction and therefore generates more productive workers.
At first, it was thought that young professionals would follow the trend. However, this is available for anyone who is willing to learn and implement technological resources.
Among the advantages, employees can spend more time with their families and waste less time in traffic jams.
